Here’s a great way to make an easy and delicious low fat, pasta-free, gluten-free lip smacking lasagna dish.
We don’t all have the time to make homemade pasta from scratch; so when you’re having a last minute craving for a nice hot dish of lasagna, this recipe is perfect for you! (Especially during our cold winters in Canada). Ready-made lasagnas are easily accessible at the grocery store, but are full of ingredients that are damaging to our health. Most of the time I eat raw vegan food, but I was craving a nice hot dish of lasagna rather than a cold raw one.
I figured I would take all my raw ingrendients I would normally use to make my raw dish and simply bake it in the oven. I also ended up throwing in some lentil, making it a more robust dish.
